Mr. Moore has a diverse business background. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
with an Option in Accounting and is a record Certified Public Accountant. Early in his career, he worked
for a multinational CPA firm. After gaining experience, he went on to open his own accounting firm in
southern California. For 14 years he worked as a CPA in Southern California and eventually obtained his
real estate license in California to help his business clients. Mr. Moore has been licensed as a CPA in
California and Washington State. Also, he has been a real estate broker in California, Idaho, and
currently in Washington State.
Looking for a more relaxed area to live in, Mr. Moore with his wife moved to Spokane Washington in
1993. In the beginning, he worked for Prudential and RE/MAX before starting his own brokerage, Moore
Exclusive Realty. He is the sole owner and real estate broker for the company. When you work with
Moore Exclusive Realty you can be assured that you will be working with John Charles Moore, the owner
and designated broker for the company. This is important to know you will be working with the decision-maker of the company because most of the time this is not the case. Most real estate brokers have to answer
to the designated broker of the company.
